(1) By "directory that has mkv", do you mean the immediate parent directory of the mkv? (as opposed to e.g. the grandparent directory that in some sense also has the very same mkv under it). (2) What if in a directory there is mkv and a subdirectory with another mkv? Do you want to move the subdirectory first and then the directory? (so they both appear "somewhere else" at the same depth). Or do you want to move the directory (with everything, including the subdirectory) and not to descend deeper? (as the original "deeper" is no more). (3) Is "somewhere else" under
