I interpret "no longer starting with a strange error message" (in the title) as "used to start with a strange error message, now this is no longer the case (i.e. either simply doesn't start or starts without the message)". Does the title really match the problem? or is my interpretation formally valid? If it is valid, then the title is misleading and should be improved. I think a single comma will help: "… no longer starting, with a strange error message". I'm not a native English speaker, this is why I'm commenting instead of changing the title on my own, rashly.
